I’ve always been a renter. I’ve never lived anywhere that wasn’t a borrowed or temporary space in one form or another. I’ve never had that sense of now I’m home. I’ve dreamed about painting walls, picking out fixtures, and having things set up “just so”- just because I like them that way.
Watching my new home in blogesphere come to life has been like building a custom house. I had a fantastic builder and after I outlined what I saw in my minds’ eye, Joel brought it to life with more beauty and creativity than I expected. The end result makes me shout, I’m home!!
So, cross the threshold with me… have a look around and make your mark… because life is still better shared!

Thank you for continuing to keep the distant friends and unknown relations in the loop. I don’t think I had reason to know that you were such a good writer while we were in college, but over the last few years I’ve seen it. I knew you thought deeply about your life and have referenced you twice in the last month (same story both times). glad to be able to keep up with my college and high school past.

I always knew you were peeking at the Christmas gifts. You never could stand to wait! I love your knew house, and it is decorated so beautifully. Very professional!! I am most excited about your freelance writing. You have such a beautiful way of expressing your thoughts and your heart. It is a very special gift that I am sure the Lord will use. Welcome home sweetie…..I love you MOM

Amy,
Love the new site. The only comment I have is to offset the Joyce Maynard quote just a bit. The comment goes right up to the edge of my web page. I love the new name too…now I need to change my bookmark!
Hugs to you!

Thanks Shawna
Hmmm… do you have office installed on your computer? If not, you’re seeing the site in a secondary format with an arial font rather than calibri. That might be the issue. I’ve never actually “seen” that version but it sounds like it looks off a bit. Thanks for the info & I’ll see what my tech friend can do
